Health Care & Support for Women Veterans in New England

Serving didn't look the same for every veteran, and coming home doesn't either. These resources are built around what women veterans actually need — health care that takes women's bodies and experiences seriously, other women veterans who get it without a long explanation, and support for things like military sexual trauma that aren't always easy to bring up.

How we help

Whatever you're facing, you served — and you deserve support that treats you like it. Tell us what's going on in one confidential conversation, and we'll connect you to the right person, not a generic list.

We're a connector, not a provider — no forms to decode, no runaround, just someone who listens and knows where to send you next.

Where to start

Public resources you can use today

These are publicly available resources anyone can use — VRA isn't affiliated with any of them, and listing them here isn't an endorsement, just a starting point. If you'd rather not sort through it alone, reach out and we'll do it with you.
